This is another example of the fabulousness of raw vegan ‘cheesecakes’, which are actually packed full of things that are good for you. It is gluten free, dairy free, grain free, paleo-friendly, raw, vegan and sugar free! Although these types of cakes tend to be very high in fat, it is the good kind of healthy fats, which promote good health and vitality. The nuts provide plenty of these healthy fats, protein and minerals to help maintain blood sugar levels and promote healthy brain activity.
