This was the first thing served to us at Katie’s seminar, a refreshing lemon tonic that you should start your day with, every day. It is simple and quick and boasts many health benefits including balancing your internal pH levels, detoxifies the liver, helps break down fat, lowers blood pressure, balances the lymphatic system, increases energy, kick starts digestion (which is why it is good to have it before you eat breakfast) and aids glowing skin.
Simply combine juice of ½ lemon, 1 Tablespoon organic apple cider vinegar, 1 cup of hot water. Add stevia for a little sweetness or a ginger or detox tea bag.
