For those of you, who like me, LOVE peanut butter, please keep reading because I have tried and tested this recipe after having one in a restaurant and I have to say it is one of the best tasting drinks I have ever had and super simple to make. Here it is:
- Milk (organic cows milk or almond/nut, soy etc. for dairy free/vegan option)
- Cocoa powder (100% cocoa or raw cacao for a superfood boost)
- Natural peanut butter (100% peanuts)
Put all ingredients in blender and blend until milkshake consistency. Add more peanut butter/cacao to your liking. Enjoy!
This milkshake concoction not only tastes like it should be bad for you, but is in fact good for you. Natural peanut butter is packed full of protein and good fats and raw cacao is one of the most nutrient dense foods on the planet, so drink up!
