Banana Cinnamon Breakfast Smoothie

As you may have noticed already, I have a serious love for smoothies! I am yet to dabble in the world of vegetable smoothies but fruit smoothies are definitely one of my favourite things to make. They are quick, easy, delicious and almost foolproof. This morning I decided I felt like a smoothie, so I threw together the ingredients I could find and ended up with this:

Banana Cinnamon Breakfast Smoothie

  • 1 banana
  • Milk
  • Yogurt
  • Cinnamon
  • Chia seeds
  • LSA meal

Blend together and enjoy a nutritious, filling breakfast.
